  • Customer Success Manager – Quicargo

    For our sales department we are primarily looking for a teammate who believes in our formula and shares our passion for sustainable business. As a startup we are in a dynamic world of rapid growth and a constantly changing environment, which is why we are also looking for a smart, flexible, driven, commercial Customer Success Manager.

    Job description:

    As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for customer contacts, further development of our customer relations, “upselling” and giving demos to potential customers. You will be responsible for telephone customer maintenance and provide online demos to potential customers. You are also responsible for the correct registration of the calls and the processing and documenting of incoming e-mails. If necessary, you will visit the customers.

    Job requirements:

    • You have at least HBO work and level;
    • You are in possession of a driving license;
    • You have excellent social and commercial skills;
    • Minimum 2 years of commercial work experience (pré);
    • Experience in the use of CRM software (pré).

    Your role?

    As an Operations Associate you ensure an optimal customer experience, an excellent working order flow and optimally functioning internal processes. You are the contact point and the connecting link between our customers and partners, from a service and commercial perspective. In addition to the daily activities, you also get the opportunity to start up and supervise projects. This allows you to further develop your entrepreneurial qualities and design your own responsibilities.

    Job description:

    As Senior Account Manager you are responsible for expanding our larger customer contacts, “upselling” and giving demos to potential customers. You will be responsible for telephone customer maintenance and customer visits. You are also responsible for expanding the entire logistics market in Belgium.

    Job requirements:

    • You have at least HBO work and level;
    • You are in possession of a driving license;
    • You have excellent social and commercial skills
    • Minimum 3 years of commercial sales work experience (pré);
    • Experience in the use of CRM software (pré).
